RATES INCLUDE all costs, utilities, taxes, VAT, and the city tax.

A credit card will be required as a guarantee for the reservation at the time of booking. The card will be used to charge or pre-authorize cancellation fees as stated below.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
The booking amount will be charged by the check-in date (standard rates) or at the time of booking (non-refundable rate).
Fully refundable cancellation up to 31 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellation with a penalty equal to 100% of the total booking amount from 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
No-show, delayed arrival, or early departure will result in a 100% charge of the reservation.
Cancellation fees will only be charged in the event of actual cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the methods previously outlined. In the event that the charge or pre-authorization of a penalty fails, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

EARLY CHECKOUT does not qualify for any refund.

FREE OF CHARGE:
Infants up to 3 years old are free.
Cot and other baby and child support are free.
In the apartment, you will find local products for complimentary tasting.
